In Case You Missed It: Last week, the Oregon City Police
Department posted a picture on Facebook of guns being destroyed at
the Benchmade Knife Company factory. The outcry that followed, plus
the deep-dive into Benchmade's donations to Democrats, led some
people to question the company's 2nd Amendment loyalties. Benchmade
reached out to Gun Talk and asked to talk with Tom on Sunday's
radio show. Matt Elliott, Director of Marketing at Benchmade,
joined Tom and discussed the destruction elephant in the room, the
political donations, and their support of the Interstate Transport Act. Tom
addressed how bad of a bill the ITA truly is for both gun owners
AND knife owners (and the fact that Feinstein supports it), and
questioned Benchmade's choice of a left-leaning lobbying firm.
